Overview
Emileigh has experience representing clients in commercial civil litigation, including transportation, employment, contract, intellectual property, and other business disputes. Emileigh grew up in Midlothian, Texas, and attended Austin College. After graduating from St. Mary's Law School, Emileigh began her legal career as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas where she completed clerkships for both the Honorable Amos L. Mazzant and the Honorable Christine A. Nowak.

Since joining Henry Oddo Austin & Fletcher, P.C., Emileigh has gained experience representing clients in a variety of business and insurance litigation. She represents individuals, freight and household goods motor carriers, commercial properties, employers, rental car companies, insurance companies, homeowners and community owners associations, and other corporate entities. Emileigh is involved in every aspect of trial practice from the inception of the case to resolution by settlement or trial and through any appeal, and works hard to obtain the most efficient results for her clients in every circumstance.
