Opening for an associate attorney with experience in one or more of the following areas: i) property association law; ii) real estate development and related transactions; iii) real property covenants and deed restrictions (drafting and enforcements); iv) business organization formation, formalities (annual meetings, minutes, bylaws) and governance; and v) contract drafting and interpretation. This position may include general counsel responsibilities. Document drafting and legal writing skills are essential. The position may include some litigation work in the form of statutory actions requiring occasional court appearances. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Benefits provided.
